Reyal
55% more revenue from Google in the first 77 days.
A premium skincare brand that Google only knew by name.
Reyal is a premium skincare brand for men. It sells on Shopify and through gyms, where most customers try it first. Google only knew the brand by name: 98% of its clicks came from people searching for Reyal. We fixed the store for search, built pages for the ingredients people look for, and made the store easier to buy from. In the first 77 days, revenue from Google went up 55%.
The problem
Nobody found Reyal unless they already knew it.
Searches like best face wash for men returned other brands. Reyal ranked for 300 keywords, and almost all of them had its own name in them.
The store was not set up for Google.
No structured data, no image descriptions, and pages that competed with each other for the same search.
Visitors left before they saw a product.
Almost every visit was on a phone. A discount popup covered the screen on arrival, and its launcher sat on top of the Add to Cart button.
What we did
Fixed the foundation.
Structured data, image descriptions and search titles across the site. Three URLs moved with redirects. Competing pages split so each one answers one search.
Built pages for the ingredients people search for.
A hub called The Actives and a page for each active: Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C, Lactic Acid, Caffeine and Rosemary. Each page links to the product that carries it.
Wrote the journal from the founder's own words.
Five articles from an interview with Tanner: oily skin, dry skin, clear skin, the routine, and bacne. Each one answers a real search and links to a product.
Made the store easier to buy from.
The popup now waits until someone adds to cart. The Add to Cart button stays on screen on phones. The routine pages show one bundle price. Five tracking containers became one, so pages load faster.
Earned eleven links from other sites.
Written articles on sites like TypeHuman, Big News Network and Luxury Lifestyle, each pointing back to Reyal.
Kept the brand first.
No countdown timers, no customer photos, nothing that reads like a drugstore shelf. Every change went to Tanner as one recommendation, and he signed off before it went live.
What changed.
The first 77 days of the retainer, July 1 to September 15, 2026, against the 77 days before it.

A hub, 5 ingredient pages, 5 articles.
Revenue, orders and add-to-cart rates are from Reyal's GA4, Google organic search only, so paid ads are excluded. Clicks are from Google Search Console. Keywords and page speed are as reported to Reyal on September 25, 2026. An earlier update to Reyal said clicks were up 69%; that compared an incomplete period with a complete one, and the September 25 report corrected it to 17%.
