Our client, an AI video company in San Francisco, helps people create video with AI. Its website needed pages for people looking for specific tools, such as face swaps and talking avatars, and for people comparing it with other software. We built those pages, connected related content and repaired technical issues. Revenue recorded from Google organic search and AI referrals grew during the engagement.
The problem.
People searching for a particular video tool could land on the homepage or a broad article, rather than a page showing that feature. The site also lacked a consistent set of comparisons and alternatives for people choosing software. Technical problems affected page loading and the information search engines received about the site.

What we changed.
We reviewed search demand, competing pages and the product's features to decide which pages to build. New pages for face swaps, talking avatars and image generation showed the product and gave visitors a path to sign up.
We built a models section and pages comparing the product with others such as Runway, HeyGen, Synthesia, Canva and Higgsfield. Links between related pages helped visitors explore the tools and helped search engines discover the pages.
We improved page loading, corrected the robots file that controls crawler access and replaced an outdated sitemap with one that updates when pages are published. The engagement also included articles and work to earn links from other websites.
![5-star Google review from the client's Head of Content: We are currently working with Liam [...] and are happy with the deliverables. He executes fast and works quite independently. He delivers high quality blogs and landing pages for us. The surname and company name are blurred.](/case-studies/ai-video-company/google-review.png)
What changed.
The published Google Analytics 4 comparison records these changes:
| Measure | Change |
|---|---|
| Revenue from Google organic search | +195.92% |
| Purchases from Google organic search | +179.39% |
| Purchaser rate from Google organic search | +572.92% |
| Revenue from ChatGPT referrals | +1,149.7% |
| Revenue from Gemini referrals | +180.34% |
Purchaser rate is the share of users in the report who made a purchase. The Google figures use google / organic; AI figures use referrals from ChatGPT and Gemini. Paid traffic is excluded. The work overlapped, so this comparison does not establish how much of the change came from any single page or technical repair.
The screenshots below come from an earlier read of the same Google Analytics 4 report: February 1 to May 19, 2026, against the 108 days before, October 16, 2025 to January 31, 2026. The table uses a later read that runs to June 16, 2026, so the figures differ. Dollar amounts are covered.
