#1On Google Maps, 3D rendering Vancouver

Eight Station is an architectural visualization studio in Vancouver, founded in 2021. It makes renders and animations for real estate developers, mostly in Canada and the US. Its founder, Anastasiia Romaniv, had worked with three SEO specialists before us. We fixed the site's foundations in 2025, then built pages for the cities and building types developers search for and took over the studio's Google Business Profile in 2026. Views of Eight Station on Google Maps are up 62%, and a search for 3D rendering in Vancouver puts it first.

The foundation, 2025

A competitor report and a content plan.

We started in May 2025 with a report on Omega Render, a competing studio, and a plan for three topic clusters: one main page per topic, with articles around it that link back to it.

Fixed what Google reads on every page.

Header structure, meta titles and descriptions, URL structure and structured data, the code that tells Google what a business is and what a page is about. Images were optimized.

Cleared what stopped Google crawling the site.

Indexing and crawl errors, redirect loops, broken links, duplicate content, canonical tags that tell Google which version of a page is the real one, and orphan pages that no other page linked to.

Built authority.

Directory listings, and links from niche sites.

The pages, 2026

A page for each city.

Vancouver and Toronto each got their own 3D rendering page in March 2026, with Eight Station’s own renders in place of many of the template’s images. A section for US cities followed in April.

A page for each building type.

An industries page, with its own pages for real estate and presale condos, and for apartment rendering.

Articles on the questions developers ask.

What architectural rendering costs, with price ranges sourced and cited; 3D rendering against photography; and a guide to hotel rendering.

Every page set up for search before it shipped.

A meta title, description and clean URL on each page, the keyword in each image’s alt text, and a heading written for the reader, separate from the title Google shows. The FAQs moved out of a closed accordion into visible copy on the page.

Got the new pages indexed.

Google had not indexed the two city pages, so we linked to both from two of the articles.

Tracked in one place.

An SEO tracker shared with Anastasiia, with wins taken from Google Search Console.

The Google profile

Took over the Google Business Profile.

We became a manager on the studio’s profile in March 2026. It is the listing that decides where Eight Station shows on Google Maps, and the one developers see when they search for a studio nearby.

I’ve worked with 3 different SEO specialists before, and unfortunately, neither of them could get the job done right. Since working with The 66th team, the difference has been night and day.

Technical fixes in 202511

From header structure and meta data to redirect loops, canonical tags and orphan pages.

Profile figures are from Eight Station’s Google Business Profile performance data, phone and desktop together. The work ran from February to May 2026, after a first phase in 2025, so the latest period falls after the work paused. The same 90 days a year earlier tell the same story on Google Maps: 160 views to 272 (+70%). The Google Maps position is from a live search made from Vancouver on October 24, 2026; we have no record of the position before we started. The chart above is monthly views on Google Maps, May 2025 to September 2026.
